1. Services Provided
LBM Lockout Solutions offers professional mobile locksmith services on a residential, emergency, commercial, and automotive basis. Services may include lock-outs, key replacement, lock installation, re-keying, access control, and other related locksmith/security services. All services are subject to availability and may be limited by location, existing conditions, regulatory compliance, or other factors.
2. Scheduling & Service Appointments
You may schedule service by phone, via our website, or otherwise. We will endeavor to arrive within the estimated time window provided, but circumstances beyond our control (such as traffic, weather, location access issues, equipment delays or emergencies) may cause delays. LBM Lockout Solutions is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience resulting from service delays.
3. Estimates & Pricing
Any quote or estimate provided prior to service is based on the information you provide and is subject to change upon onsite inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before beginning the service. You understand and agree that hidden or unforeseen conditions (e.g., extra labour, additional parts, difficult access) may increase cost.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, or other payment methods as posted at time of service. If payment is returned (e.g., dishonoured cheque) or chargeback occurs, you may incur additional fees to cover administrative costs.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a planned appointment, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible. While we will endeavour to accommodate, a cancellation fee may apply if you cancel at short notice or fail to honour the appointment without prior notice.
6. Warranty & Liability
While we strive for high-quality service, our liability is subject to the following limitations:
LBM Lockout Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions that were not disclosed or visible at the time of service.
We are not liable for damage arising from misuse, improper installation by a third-party, tampering after our service, or modifications made subsequently.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (e.g., losses from being locked out, lost time or business interruption).
Our warranty (if any) on parts or labour will be communicated at time of service and is subject to separate terms.
